2. Rental Agreement
2.1. Rental Term: The rental term will be specified in your Rental Agreement. The term may be renewed or terminated according to the conditions stated in the Agreement.
3. Security: We provide security measures and gated access to ensure the safety of your belongings. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to items stored in your unit.
4.2. Termination by Star City Self Storage: We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement immediately for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to non-payment of rent or prohibited use of the storage unit.
5. Liability
5.1. Limitation of Liability: Star City Self Storage is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items stored in your unit. It is recommended that you obtain insurance for your stored items.
5.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star City Self Storage, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Roanoke, VA.
